What is it?
C'est Part'Eat is a food collection service once a week at Slaley Commemoration Hall.
Simple, fresh and quality food for your Wednesday's dinner.
Inspired by French Cuisine C'est Part'Eat is not French Gastronomy but more "Comme à la Maison", the every day food, homemade and seasonal, made with time and love for the family.
With C'est Part'Eat I aim to make menus that are easy for you to enjoy with the least intervention (no hard cooking technique, no dishes to wash...) to maximise the pleasure!
It's why my menus are always built on the same scheme:
A cold starter, that you would just have to plate to make it look appetising,
A "Mijoté" (or Casserole), to be put in your oven while you are enjoying your delicious starter,
and finally a dessert for the end of your dinner!

A little about me
My name is Mathieu, I'm 36 years old and French from the Loire Valley. I've been working all my life in the hospitality industry, in a variety of hotels and restaurants. From the familial Bistrot to the Michelin star restaurant, I've always been interested about food and more generally about anything related to the gastronomic universe. My family and mainly my mother inspired me to this, as I long I can remember, I've seen her, my aunties, cousins, grand parents, cooking the family reunion meal, chatting with a glass of wine, all involved in the kitchen.
After years of hesitation (and a few horrible and expensive take aways) I decided to share my passion of food with you and distribute the food as I like to eat it.

How does it work?
I would be proposing one menu every week available on the Wednesday which would be viewable on the website two weeks beforehand.
Order it by email on the contact page before Monday evening
